Hey Beauties, Thank you so much for choosing me as your stylist and I truly  appreciate all of the continued support. My main goal is to serve you with the  best and give you the effortless look you're after, Reign on Queens !

You are responsible for reading the following POLICY when booking  your appointment. 

Please bring CASH /CARD ONLY 

I do not accept any other forms of payment ( meaning Zelle, cash  app etc). 

  1. A $50 non-refundable/transferrable booking deposit is required to  secure your spot and will go towards your service. Deposits of 1  rescheduled appointment will be credited to the future service of any  style 
  2. All lace frontals/ units must be provided 2 (BUSINESS) days prior to  appointment for customizing. Saturday, Sunday & Mondays are close!.  Same day customization is an additional $50 I do not go behind  any work that was not done by me. 
  3. Extensions must be CLEAN, dry, free of thread and product, and ready  for installation. If you have short cut wefts, there will be an additional  fee of $35 for install. 
  4. NO CHILDREN or EXTRA GUESTS are allowed in the studio / waiting  area during your appointment. 
  5. No call No show will receive a FULL service charge + no future  appointment. There will be an automatic cancellation if you are 15 minutes late! Please be considerate of my time and others. THE FIRST  CLIENT, SETS THE TONE FOR THE DAY! 
  6. Same day cancellation are also subject to a FULL service charge. Please Reschedule 24-48hrs in advance using your email confirmation.
    Please book all service required, you are unable to add to your service day off.
    Any appointments starting at 5pm is considered a VIP appointment and $100 upcharge will occur. Any MAJOR HOLIDAY FEE IS $200 UPCHARGE
  7. Please consult with me before tampering with or removing your weave  (especially with lace installations) if you are not sure what to do. I am  NOT responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions after  you leave my chair. 
  8. All sales are FINAL.
